     All reservations are confirmed with a 100% deposit equal to the total accommodation rate plus taxes payable by Visa or MasterCard.   Reservations confirmed within 14 days of the arrival date will not be refunded.  Guest House at Pali Uli reserves the right to change one night accommodations, without notice, to either a comparable accommodation or an upgrade.   Before you fax your request we ask that you check availability online to secure your reservation and read our policy page.   Reservations submitted via fax are guaranteed but may not be confirmed due to time restraints.  However, whenever possible, we will attempt to confirm your reservation via email within 24 hours of receipt .
